Reflexology is a science that deals with the principles that there are
reflexes in the feet and hands relative to every organ, gland or part
of the body. By stimulating these points with deep compression and a
technique used by the thumb and fingers of a practitioner much like the
caterpillar crawl (not massage), reflexology stimulates nerve and blood
supply throughout the body, increases circulation and helps nature to
balance and normalize.
